Submission of a manuscript implies that the work described has not been published before (except in the form of thesis) and that it is not under consideration for publication in any form elsewhere. The copyright will be automatically transferred to “Journal of Information Communication Technologies and Robotic Applications” once manuscript submitted with signed declaration of copyright. The journal/publisher is not responsible for subsequent uses of the work.
